Welcome,
The Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council is the local council of governments
for Kitsap County. Its members are:

- The Kitsap Cities of Bremerton, Bainbridge Island, Port Orchard, & Poulsbo
- The Suquamish and Port Gamble/S'Klallam Tribes
- The Port of Bremerton
- Naval Base Kitsap (non-voting member)
The Regional Council facilitates dialogue among its member agencies in the
areas of land use, transportation, and growth planning. The Council is responsible for the
Kitsap Countywide Planning Policy required by the WA State Growth Management Act; for allocating
federal and state funding for transportation, community services, and low income housing;
for information sharing and collaborative action on a wide range of regional issues.
